Knowledge of Caylx a must. You must be know loan programs including: Option arms, 2nd home programs, investment programs for homes, and condos, construction loans and hard money. We loan on homes, construction, development, hotels, resorts………. If it is on the dirt, we finance it.
Must know VA and FHA loans.
Professional loan processor needed.
Must be able to process all types of loans including Jumbo, Conventional, FHA, VA.
You will be in contact with Loan Officers and clients throughout the process.
You must, look act and be a professional in all aspects.
